Amcorp Properties Berhad
Amcorp Properties Berhad (formerly known as AMDB Berhad), is a subsidiary of Amcorp and is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad (Bursa Malaysia). Amcorp Properties Group is principally involved in property development and engineering businesses.

Over the years, Amcorp Properties Group has built a credible track record with projects ranging across all sectors of the property industry, including commercial, industrial and residential projects. Currently, its property services are mainly undertaken by its subsidiaries namely Amcorp Prima Realty Sdn Bhd (“AMPR”) and HDCam Sdn Bhd (“HDC”) (formerly known as HDC-Amcorp JV Sdn Bhd). AMPR is the developer of a gated, low-density exclusive bungalow development project known as “Kayangan Heights” located within the Selangor’s capital city, Shah Alam.

HDC is involved in the development in of Sibu Jaya, a model township showcasing a combination of city amenities with countryside qualities. Soon, a botanical garden of about 32 ha featuring Sarawak’s exotic plants will be added in the centre of this township.

Taifab Properties Sdn Bhd (“Taifab”) which is also a subsidiary of Amcorp Properties Berhad, had recently launched ”Seri Mutiara @ Salak South Garden“. It is a residential project comprising of 42 units of spacious homes.


Country Realty Limited (“CRL”), also a subsidiary of Amcorp Properties Berhad, owns 99 Baker Street, London which comprises 19 units of residential apartments. It is located in the prime West End Zone 1. This development was completed in March 2012 and opened for sale in April 2012.

Riverich Limited (“Riverich”), another subsidiary, owns a freehold property comprising of 10 self–contained apartments at 101, Lexham Gardens, London.

The rentals from these properties provide a sustainable recurring income to the Group.


Amcorp’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Melawangi Sdn Bhd, is the developer of a commercial centre in Petaling Jaya, Selangor known as the “Amcorp Trade Centre”. The vibrant Amcorp Trade Centre comprises office towers, a shopping mall and business & serviced suites.


Blue Star M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd (“Blue Star”) is the result of a joint-venture between Amcorp Properties and Blue Star Ltd, India, offering turnkey solutions to meet the mechanical and electrical needs of building services and industrial plants. It has to its credit many large-scale air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration installations.

AMBC Transmission Sdn Bhd (“AMBCT”) is a turnkey contractor for power substations and transmission lines ranging from 11kV to 500kV. Besides Malaysia, AMBCT is also currently undertaking contract works awarded by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) for the construction of substations and related earthworks in Dubai.

Amcorp Perting Hydro Sdn Bhd (“Amcorp Hydro”) is the developer and operator of renewable energy power plant.
